About Us

We are based in the Manitowoc / Valders areas of Northeast Wisconsin, where we conduct most of our pest management business. We provide services in every setting including private homes, rental properties, various commercial settings, and even farms. We are more than just "trap checkers". We provide ongoing proactive IPM plans for everything we do, and take our time doing it to provide value for our people through proper inspection every time. 

Our K9 detection division area is much larger, up to several hours in each direction from our base of operations including WI's Door County and parts of Michigan's UP. We are available to travel outside these areas if clients require it.

 We are a small family run business that got its start by asking people in the community their likes and dislikes were when dealing with pest control companies after getting an insider look at the big companies....and not liking what we saw. We set out to change that with a more customer focused business model that wasn't "sales based", but rather one focused on the science and commitment to the customer. It worked wonderfully. We don't worry about sales and totally grew based on "word of mouth" and references from our base of great customers. Our number one goal was to always do quality....not quantity.

Our customer retention rate is simply unmatched in the industry. 

After quite a few years of building the business and never having to even advertise, it was time to bring on more people. With the demand for our services, we had to find creative ways to balance the work load and keep up the quality. Our people can communicate with customers, providing answers to the problems as well as products and techniques we use. With the problem of bed bugs, our canine division helps us to find problems more quickly, to minimize impact and provide the customer with better treatment options. It makes us a better company, but more importantly, serves our customers better.
